Confirm Meeting
File a meeting to an account or deal.
Goes through the caller’s own database client rather than an M2M token for a
reason that is easy to get wrong: the RPC records confirmed_by from
current_user_sub(), and the M2M data bearer’s sub is the service account
(crmapi001…), not the rep. Filing through it would attribute every
confirmation to the API and destroy the audit trail the card exists for.
