# Bulk Contact Copy

> The two whole-audience moves on one email.

``fill_outreach`` gives every contact who has one their own generated draft
for this step; ``use_common`` puts everyone back on the template, keeping
their words parked. Written one enrollment at a time on purpose: a bulk
jsonb merge would need an RPC, and hammering PostgREST with a burst of
parallel writes is what took it down here once already.
