# Trigger Sync Now

> Run the discovery sweep immediately instead of waiting for the tick.

Fires the SAME schedule the */15 cron runs — one action, not a parallel
code path, so "the button did something the cron would not" can never be
a bug class. The sweep is safe to fire redundantly by construction:
account syncs upsert, `meeting-{id}` makes duplicate workflow starts
no-ops, and the cancel cleanup re-sweeps idempotently.

Refuses (politely) while a run is in flight rather than queueing another:
Temporal would skip the overlap anyway, but answering "already checking"
lets the UI say so instead of showing a trigger that silently did
nothing. `require_crm_manage` because every press costs real provider
API calls across every connected account — it is a lever, not a link.
