# Feedback Attachment Upload Url

> Presign a PUT URL for a feedback attachment.

Auth-only (no org, no manage scope): feedback is global, so its media lives under a
non-org S3 key and is referenced inline on the ticket — unlike the org-scoped Files
feature. The browser PUTs the bytes to `upload_url` with the matching Content-Type,
then submits the returned `s3_key` with the ticket.
